On Wednesday. Oct 22nd, 2014, from 11:00 to 1:30 MG&E will be hosting a 70E Electrical Safety and Arc Flash Hazard Lunch and Learn.
The presentation will focus on 4 key concepts:
• Host Employer Responsibilities
• Arc Flash Label Requirements
• Condition of Maintenance Requirements
• Training and Documentation Requirements
This is a great venue for Facility and Plant Managers, and Safety personnel to learn more about 70E and what they can do to make sure their facilities are protected from electrical problems and catastrophes. So why don’t you take a break, stop on by, let us buy you lunch and get some great information in the process.
The program will be presented by Chuck Fox, a Certified Electrical Safety Compliance Professional (CESCP). The CESCP program is based on NFPA70E, Standard for Electrical Safety in the Workplace 2012 Edition, which sets requirements for safe work practices to protect personnel by reducing exposure to major electrical hazards.
